Join us for this very special Valentine’s Day Edition Yoga & Meditation Event hosted at our NEW Gertrude Street studio ‘Somewhere to Be’.
Starting with some guided journalling to get those excessive thoughts out of our system, we’ll slowly flow into a soulful, restorative yoga practice before sinking into a deep, sleep-based Yoga Nidra-style meditation.
Stay for cacao & chocolate-coated strawberries as we process the experience with guided art therapy and contemplative journalling prompts.
Feel free to bring your special someone/s along - perhaps a Galentine - or simply dedicate the evening to a dose of Self Love.
Our bespoke studio offers a small-group setting (10 students max.) so be sure to book your spot!
