STEP 2. Sign-up for a slightly longer ‘SERIES’ of either 5 or 10 Classes to see and feel the effects Yoga/Meditation has on your life.
Spoiler: it’s an integrative practice, which means it influences all aspects!

Sample Classes
Because we offer a beautifully bespoke, small-group yoga & meditation setting that values safety and inclusivity for all students attending, we ALSO see the value in a certain degree of discipline & dedication to Self and to Satsung; communing & contemplating within a community that we have (to a certain degree) gotten to Know.
In our experience, a steady spiritual practice can support us in developing a deeper connection to our inner world as well as the world around us; with the conduit between the two (the intuitive Heart), as the channel for seeing our soul mission through in this lifetime.
Yoga is such an holistic practice and, much like Somatics, helps to resource our whole system in such an integrated way, that it really does end up influencing every facet of our life.
Things we once thought impossible, suddenly become possible (“on & off the mat” - that ol’ thing).
For all of these reasons, we offer ‘SAMPLE Classes’ for you to come check out the studio & suss out our styles, before committing to more consistent, consecutive classes; either in the form of ‘SERIES’ or ‘SHORT Courses’ (see below).
Series /
“Class-Passes”
Once you’ve decided upon a regular practice (teacher, time and style), that best suits you and your schedule; we recommend booking a ‘SERIES’ - a pack of either 5 or 10 classes (kinda like a “Class-Pass” but to be used consecutively over the course of 5 or 10 weeks).
*Note this is not related to the Class Pass App.
Respective discounts apply to each pack, and purchasing in the way ensures you’ve reserved yourself a spot in our small-group studio setting - rather than risking missing out on a mat ‘til next term!

Short Courses
We also offer a range of engaging and empowering ‘SHORT Courses’ all throughout the year, with a tendency to mix things up to suit the season and beautifully balance a blend of Yogic Philosophy (theory, reflection, contemplation), with Practice.

SOMATIC Yoga Short Course ~ a 10-week Beginners style Course exploring each different theme/shape and felt-sense in the physical body (and how each might influence our state of Being mentally/emotionally, energetically & spiritually)
FUTURE offerings we’re working on creating just for you include:
SHAPES ~ a Nervous System & Somatic Awareness Course designed to deepen our understanding of nervous system states and how they show up in terms of the shapes (or postures) our bodies assume. And even the gestures/movements they do or don’t engage in because of these (sometimes) quite sophisticated) strategies. A course to help you befriend your unconscious reactions so they can be seen as clever responses and you can move more consciously from a responsive place.
SURRENDER TO THE SUBCONSCIOUS ~ a Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra Immersion that brings together some of the most special elements of what Julia & Sarah have to offer…
SOMATIC STATES ~ a Series of Somatic Workshops that each explore the various stress responses of the nervous system and how they show up in the body. We will look at how we might work with them somatically, using regulation practices & techniques, to shift states by resolving incomplete responses and releasing ‘stuck’ energy (giving it Somewhere to go…)
